New patients
Your first visit to Derm Clinic MD is a consultation with Dr. Payman: a review of your health history and goals, an examination, and an honest explanation of your options, the risks, the recovery and the cost. You decide whether to go ahead.
What happens at your first consultation
- Your history and goals. Expect to go over your health history, medications and what you want to change.
- An examination. Dr. Payman examines the area you want treated and may take photos for your chart.
- Your options, honestly. You hear which options fit, what each can and cannot do, the risks, the recovery and the cost.
- Your decision. You sign a consent form only if you decide to go ahead. You are never required to treat the same day.

Booking deposits
A deposit confirms your appointment: $25 for a general consultation or a same-day Botox appointment, and $75 for a same-day filler appointment. The office goes over the deposit when it confirms your time. See pricing for what else we can share before you visit.
What to bring
- A list of your current medications and supplements, including anything you take regularly.
- Any questions you have written down.
Plan your visit
Both offices are open Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and closed on Sunday. Both have a wheelchair accessible entrance. Buckhead office and Cumming office have directions.
After your treatment
You leave with written aftercare instructions, and the office is a call away. Aftercare by treatment.

Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. Every treatment at Derm Clinic MD starts with an in-person consultation, so your health history is reviewed and your plan, the product, the expected result and the risks are explained before anything is done.
Who will I see at my first visit?
Dr. Payman is the only provider at Derm Clinic MD, and she personally treats every patient.
Will I be pressured to book a treatment?
No. You get your options and their trade-offs, and you decide.

Do you see patients for moles, rashes or skin cancer checks?
No. Derm Clinic MD focuses on cosmetic and aesthetic care. For a skin check, a changing mole or a rash, see a dermatologist.
