Who we are

This website is operated by Derm Clinic MD, a physician-led medical spa with offices at 3833 Roswell Rd NE, Tuxedo Atrium, Suite 108, Atlanta, GA 30342 and 425 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 345, Cumming, GA 30041. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Derm Clinic MD.

What we collect

• Information you give us. If you book a consultation online, we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, chosen office, date and time, the treatments you say you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message box. Please do not include medical details in the message box.
• Information collected automatically. We may use a tag manager and analytics tools that count visits and clicks on buttons such as call, directions and book. They record which pages are visited, so the address of a page, for example /botox/, is part of that record. When you reach our thank-you page they record one generic "request submitted" event together with the office you chose. They do not record anything else you type or choose in the booking form, and we do not send names, phone numbers, emails or treatment interests to advertising platforms.
• Advertising. We may use advertising platforms to measure how our ads perform. Those platforms may receive the address of the public page you visited. We do not place advertising tags on the booking and thank-you pages, and we do not send what you enter in the booking form to advertising platforms.

How we use it

We use what you send to contact you about your request, schedule and confirm consultations, answer your questions, send appointment reminders and follow-up (by text only if you opt in), and improve the website. Your form answers are stored in our practice's customer-relationship system.

Text messages

Agreeing to text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or treatment. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS terms.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website, our scheduling and messaging systems and our analytics, and only for those purposes, or where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Patient health information

Information about your care at our offices is handled under the privacy rules that apply to medical practices. This website is not the place to share health details; if you do, they are not part of your medical record. Ask either office about our privacy practices for patient care.

Cookies and similar tools

If we use analytics or advertising tools, they may set cookies or similar identifiers, and we will describe them here before they are switched on. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests for as long as needed to respond to you and to run the practice.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you gave us on this website, or to stop texts or emails, by calling either office or replying STOP to any text message.

Children

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will change the date at the bottom of this page.
