What you are agreeing to

When you tick the optional text-message box on our booking form, you agree to receive text messages from Derm Clinic MD at the mobile number you gave. The messages are about your consultation request: confirming or rescheduling a time, appointment reminders, aftercare follow-up and replies to your questions.

• Consent is optional. It is not a condition of any purchase or treatment, and you can still book a consultation without it.
• Message frequency varies with your appointment activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or call the office. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no more.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are shared only with the service providers that send our messages for us. Read our privacy policy.

Text messages are not a secure way to share medical information. Call the office for anything about your health or your treatment.
